I am a member of CAMFT.

Working with diverse populations for over ten years, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, has been something that I am grateful for. I am trained in well-researched, scientifically proven approaches for individuals, couples, and families to assist you in gaining control back over your life. I am a certified Domestic Violence counselor, Specializing in Addictions, trained in Brain Spotting, Seeking Safety, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I specialize in crisis stabilization, trauma, homeless, addictions, and helping others heal.
Because life is like seasons, it changes, and without the right wardrobe, one can become weather-beaten. YOU need someone to help us navigate seasons, and I can be that holder of hope until you can navigate those challenges and obstacles. My goal is not to change you but to work with individuals/families, meeting you where “you” are, and helping to equip you to have the life you envision. I believe the proper care will help you increase your capacity to learn about yourself, your environment, and your future. Having the right tools can increase insight and the courage to grow and manage the seasons that we all experience. We all must go through seasons; why not enjoy them?
